Biography:

Joe Nicols is a world class striking coach having been trained under the legendary Duke Roufus for several decades and teaching at his main academy before founding his own striking program called Joe Nicols Striking. Coach Joe has been training people from all walks of life including average joes, moms, dads, kids, and fighters at the highest level including fighters in the UFC, Bellator, LFA, PFL, and other top organizations.

Some of Joe's accomplishments are:

• Actively training martial arts since 1989
• 1st Degree TKD (Tae Kwon Do) Black Belt
• 1st Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing under Duke Roufus / Roufusport Kickboxing Assocation
• Started training Muay Thai in 1994
• Trained under Kongnapa (4x Rajadamnern Champion)
• Trained under Lerdsila (3x Rajadamnern Champion)
• Over 40 fights between Muay Thai & Kickboxing
• Trained & Coached UFC fighters and champions
• Trained & Coached Bellator fighters
• Trained & Coached LFA fighters

Professional Life:

When not teaching classes or coaching fighters at the highest levels, Joe loves to spend time with his beautiful wife and children.
